George BRYMER – Prerogative Court of Canterbury Will – 24 March 1763

In the Name of God Amen

I George Brymer of ffenchurch Street London Taylor

being of Sound Mind Memory and Understanding Do make

this my last Will and Testament and do hereby Give and

bequeath all my Worldly Goods and Effects of what Nature

or kind soever unto my Dear and loving Wife Katherine

Brymer and do Appoint her together with my loving ffriend

Mr James Crafts Joint Executors of this my last Will and

Testament hereby revoking all former Wills by me made

In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and Seal

this Seventeenth Day of March One thousand Seven hundred

and Sixty three George Brymer Signed Sealed Published

and Declared by the said George Brymer the Testator  to be

This last Will and testament in the presence of us who have

Subscribed our Names as Witnesses David Waters Daniel

Campbell

 

This Will was proved at London the twenty

ffourth day of March in the Year of our Lord One thousand

Seven hundred and Sixty three before the Worshipful Arthur

Collier Doctor of Laws Surrogate of the Right Worshipfull

Sir Edward Simpson Knight also Doctor of Laws Master

Keeper or Commissary of the prerogative Court of Canterbury

lawfully Constituted by the Oaths of Katherine Brymer Widow

the Relict of the deceased and James Crafts the Executors

named in the said Will to whom Administration was Granted

of all and Singular the Goods Chattels and Credits of the

said deceased they having been first Sworn duly to Administer
